Custom and made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you and are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processing or shipping carriers.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only. While we make every effort to meet these estimates, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition. Custom pieces are final sale. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will make it right.

Limitation of Liability

ABI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the products in question.
